Subscription round rules

Method: Distribution by Proportion

Fundraising limits: 300,000USDC

Personal limit: No personal limit

1. We will announce a ETH address on the official channel #subscription-round at 14:00 PM UTC 27th Dec2020, and investors will invest by using their own wallets (make sure to use the wallets with private key, such as Tronlink, Do not use the exchange to directly withdraw, which will result in the loss of your funds)

2. 300,000 USDC allocation in total for subscription round. After 24 hours, we will divide your investment amount by all USDC received in this address to get your proportion in the entire round.

3. This proportion is multiplied by 300,000 to get the USDC allocation you actually invested, and the excess USDC will be returned to your original address.

Example:

If you invest 5,000 USDC and the address receives 1,000,000 USDC in total, then your proportion is 5,000/1,000,000=0.5% , the final amount you invest is 0.5%*300,000=1,500 USDC allocation, your ETH address will receive 15,000 BAF during the token distribution.

Within 24 hours after the completion of subscription round, you will receive 3,500 USDC refund to your original address.

Please beware of fake token contracts. Do not trust the contracts released by anyone else before publishing on our official channel.
